Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is an old cure from the New England area of Northeastern United States. It has been recommended as a cure for headaches, sore throat, colds, and, of course, gout.
Drink 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with at least 3 times as much water. (If you can't find apple cider vinegar you can try a naturally processed vinegar.) Traditionally honey is added to the drink to sweeten it and make it more tasty. However, I recommend that those suffering from gout pain do not use honey or other sweeteners. I will explain more about this when talking about the food choices necessary to get rid of it.
Lemons, Limes and Limons

Baking Soda

Vitamin D
Vitamin D is the just "rediscovered" vitamin that is good for many of our diseases. So get out in the sun and work out! The direct sunlight on your sweaty skin will make the natural vitamin D. It is best to avoid the strong mid-day sunshine hours. If you don't have very much sun then try vitamin D pills.
